- Booking can be secured with a 20% non-refundable deposit a minimum of 6 weeks in advance, for stays sooner, full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy
Your booking contains a 20% non-refundable deposit for the total balance payment.
Guests can receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
To receive a full refund (minus your non-refundable deposit), you must cancel your booking at least 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of your total payment (minus your non-refundable deposit).
For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, you will not be eligible for a refund.
